1997 Jeep Cherokee SE; one-owner, bought new in January 1998. This Jeep is 4-wheel drive and has a 5-speed manual transmission, the current mileage is just a bit over 155, 000. The paint is original, but the left side was repainted early on after I scratched it in a barbwire fence, a few years later the grill and radiator were replaced when a deer ran out in front of me, and the hood and front end were touched up several years ago after part of our garage wall pushed in due to a windstorm. The inside is in very good to excellent shape other than the headliner pulling away in the back, we've tried to show that in the pictures. It's been regularly serviced with Mobil 1 Synthetic; the oil and filter were last changed at 151, 000 miles, we also had the tires rotated and the emergency brake assembly replaced during that service. The air filter was last replaced at 135, 000 miles, the Uniroyal tires have a bit less than 10, 000 miles on them and the Duralast battery will be 4 years old next month. Both front and rear brakes were replaced at 80, 000 miles, the front shocks were replaced at 90, 000 miles, the rear brakes were replaced again at 140, 000. The spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, and rotor button were replaced at 110, 000 miles; the front drive belt was replaced at 121, 000 miles; at 127, 000 miles we changed the front and rear differential fluid, manual transmission fluid, and transfer case fluid.
